The psiphon User Guide is now available in Russian. Download it here.

psiphon is an open source software that has helped thousands of people worldwide by-pass internet censorship safely and securely since its launch in December 2006. It aims to facilitate unfettered access to the internet for those who live in countries in which there exist filtering practices.

Hot off the press, Everyone's Guide to By-Passing Internet Censorship has just been translated into Russian. The Guide provides an overview of the techniques and technologies available to people who wish to circumvent internet censorship.
